As I enter into deep Silence I enter into our deep Agape Love, our Brilliant Shining Light
He gently speaks to me so beautifully in a myriad of different ways
With the dawning Sun I offer myself to Him deeply in Prayer
At night I surrender to Him through His deep and beautiful Lovemaking
I trust only in His steadfast Love
He is my Beloved God, my Eternal Husband, My Divine Source
I am His Goddess and with Him our Love lasts for Eternity. ~ Antiera ♥♥
Lectio Divina is a Heart-centered way of Prayer, in which you meditate with a word or phrase from a sacred text. With Lectio, as you enter into Prayer/Meditation with the sacred word or phrase you enter into the state of Being in which the sacred text portrays. Even though you enter Lectio Prayer with a word or phrase, this beautiful Heart-centered way of Praying is beyond words. As you enter into the stillness within, into your own Heart of God/Goddess Consciousness, you enter into your true state of Being in which the text describes. This beautiful Prayer practice is just one of the many beautiful ways to connect with your true Divine Counterpart at the level of the God Consciousness state of pure Being, where the two of you exist as your God/Goddess Self merged deeply in true Divine Marriage.
With my prayer practice of Lectio Divina I am finding that it is difficult to find passages that relate to my experience in God/Goddess Consciousness (God/Goddess as Self), Divine Masculine God as Divine Counterpart, as Eternal Husband. I often am inspired to write from my own experiences so I may enter into my Lectio Divina Prayer Practice with words and phrases that resonate with my own beautiful experiences with my Beloved Jessibiah, or enter into Prayer from beautiful prior communications from Jessibiah. ♥♥
The writing at the top of this post was inspired and written while sitting with a few lines from Psalms for Praying page 198, it is also written from my experiences at the God Consciousness level with Jessibiah ♥♥ Here are the lines from Psalms for Praying by Nan C. Merrill that the above was inspired from:
“I enter into the Silence, into the Eternal Light, and listen for your gentle Voice. In the morning I offer myself to you in prayer, by night I surrender to you in trust” ~ from Psalm 101 ~ Psalms for Praying by Nan C. Merrill
I will be sharing some passages similar to the writing at the beginning of this post at times, for anyone who may be connecting with their true Divine Self (God/Goddess Consciousness) and wishing to connect to their true Divine Counterpart in a different way such as Prayer. Just a reminder that when entering into Prayer with these passages, Lectio Divina is a Heart-centered way of Prayer, in which you meditate with a word or phrase from the sacred text. With Lectio, as you enter into Prayer/Meditation with the sacred word or phrase you enter into the state of Being in which the sacred text portrays. It is a beautiful way to connect with your true Divine Counterpart at the level of the God Consciousness state of pure Being, where the two of you exist as your God/Goddess Self merged deeply in true Divine Marriage.
For more information on Lectio Divina, there are many books written on this beautiful way of Prayer. The books I read to assist me in beginning this beautiful prayer practice are ‘Praying with the Elements’ and ‘Lectio Divina – The Sacred Art: Transforming Words & Images into Heart Centered Prayer’, both by Christine Valters Paintner. What I like about Christine’s writings is she includes poetry and other sacred texts and writings and does not focus solely on Christian Scriptures for a more expansive experience of God. But there are also several books written by other authors on this beautiful Prayer Practice. Though books can be a wonderful way to start a practice, I find that my own unique way of being in this Prayer Practice emerges. Whether you are drawn to this beautiful Prayer Practice of Lectio Divina or not, I truly hope you have found some beautiful inspiration in our shared words. With Love & Blessings, Antiera-Jessibiah ♥♥ Wishing you a deeply beautiful love-filled day
